The Scottish Government has today published findings from a qualitative research study which explored young adults' awareness and experiences of, and attitudes towards e-cigarettes. The research involved a series of focus groups and was carried out between October 2015 and February 2016 in three Scottish cities.
This study used a purposive sampling approach, and specifically sought to hear from young adults, aged 16 to 25, who were no longer in school. As such, it addresses a significant gap in the research to-date on e-cigarettes.
Details of the findings are available from the Scottish Government website.
